Exhibitor Set-up:
- Monday, February 9 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Exhibit Hours: Monday, February 9 | 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Tear Down: Monday, February 9 | 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Vendor Booth:
- WS&DSA Business Member :: Early Rate - $350 | After September 1 - $400
- Non-Member :: Early Rate - $450 | After September 1 - $500
Registered vendors are invited to mix and mingle with attendees on Sunday, February 8, starting at 5:00pm, for the NFL Super Bowl Party at the Oneida Casino Hotel.

Hotel Reservation Information
Please make your lodging reservations directly with the Oneida Casino Hotel – 2040 Airport Road, Green Bay, WI 54313, (920) 494-7300. Hotel reservations must be made by January 17, 2026. Be sure to mention you are with the Wisconsin Sheriffs & Deputy Sheriffs Association Jail Conference.
Door Prizes
WS&DSA encourages vendors to provide door prizes for attendees. WS&DSA will promote your door prize(s) on our website prior to the show and distribute a list of vendors and their door prizes at the conference. The value should be at least $50.
