Conference Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing to the WS&DSA Office via mail, fax, or email. Phone requests will not be honored. No refunds allowed after September 7, 2026. All refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee. Substitutions are allowed and not subject to a fee.
