Important Vendor Information

Location: Oneida Hotel – Green Bay, WI (Previously the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center)
Conference Dates: February 9-12, 2025
Vendor Set-up: Monday, February 10 | 9:00am – 12:00pm
Technology Show Hours: Monday, February 10 |12:00pm – 4:00pm

Registration for exhibitors must be received no later than Monday, January 31, 2025. Attendees are encouraged to visit all vendors as lunch, giveaways and activities will be hosted in the vendor area to increase participation. Dedicated vendor time is provided for you to meet attendees and discuss your products and services.

Registered vendors are invited to mingle with attendees at the NFL Super Bowl Party on Sunday, February 9, starting at 5:00pm, at the Oneida Hotel, (previously the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center).

Cost

• Vendor Space (includes one 6′ table and two chairs): $350
  Price increases to $400 after January 18. 
• Electricity: $30
• Vendor Game Card: $150

Door Prizes

WS&DSA encourages vendors to provide door prizes for attendees. Vendors are able to use a microphone to address the attendees during the drawing for your item.
