Vendor Reception Sponsorships

The Vendor Reception takes place in the Exhibitor Hall during Monday afternoon. It provides an opportunity for attendees to meet with vendors in the Exhibitor Hall in a social setting. Your company logo will be displayed on signs at the reception near the hors d’oeuvres and refreshments and in the conference booklet.
Hospitality Room Sponsorship
EXCLUSIVE for $3,000 – SOLD
The Hospitality Room is a social space for networking with attendees and registered vendors after conference programming during the day. The Hospitality Room is set up on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Your company logo will be displayed on a sign in the room and printed in the conference program.
On-site Conference Bag
EXCLUSIVE for $1,500
The Conference Bag Sponsor will have their company logo and/or contact information placed on one side of the bag given to every conference attendee with the WS&DSA logo. We will take care of ordering them; however, the sponsor may also place printed material in each bag. This is an opportunity to keep your name in front of WS&DSA members throughout the year. Your logo will also be printed in the conference program.
On-site Conference Name Badges

The Conference Name Badge Sponsor will have their company logo placed on the name badge given to every conference attendee. WS&DSA will provide the name badges. Your logo will also be printed in the conference program.
