She has learned that while the nature of the trauma experienced varies greatly on a case-by-case basis, focusing on quality conditions of healing builds resiliency and enhances recovery consistently. Using Dr. Jamie Marich’s model from her book Trauma Made Simple, Holly will help you in thinking about what quality conditions of healing might benefit you and your team as we continue to navigate our post-pandemic world. Holly will outline this paradigm of support, consider broad based wellness approaches in supporting staff and inspire your thinking of how to apply it to your everyday life.
