Jail Administrators Conference Vendor Information
The Wisconsin Sheriffs & Deputy Sheriffs Association will be hosting the 2022 Jail Administrators Conference in Green Bay. Vendors will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals from all over the state of Wisconsin. Register today for the trade show and sponsorship opportunities.

Important Vendor Information
Location: Radisson Hotel & Conference Center – Green Bay, WI
Dates: October 12-14, 2022
Vendor Set-up: Tuesday, October 11 | 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (doors will be locked at 9:00 pm)
Wednesday, October 12 | 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, October 12 | 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Tear Down: Wednesday, October 12 | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Hotel Reservation Information
Please make your lodging reservations directly with the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center– 2040 Airport Road, Green Bay, WI 54313, (800) 333-3333. Hotel reservations must be made by September 19, 2022. Be sure to mention you are with the Wisconsin Sheriffs & Deputy Sheriffs Association Jail Administrators Conference.
Vendor Space
Each 8’x10′ booth space includes on 6-foot table with two chairs and meal tickets for two representatives. Meal tickets cover Wednesday lunch. Electricity costs an additional fee and must be ordered.
Cost
Vendor Booth: Early Rate – $350 | After September 1 – $400
Add-Ons: Electricity – $30 | Vendor Game Card (limited space) – $150 per square
Door Prizes
WS&DSA encourages vendors to provide door prizes for attendees. WS&DSA will promote your door prize(s) on our website prior to the show and distribute a list of vendors and their door prizes in the conference booklet. The value should be at least $50.
Sponsorship
One way for you to receive additional exposure for your products and services and show additional support for the WS&DSA is through our conference sponsorship program. Your sponsorship will be recognized in the program materials and signage at the event.

Hospitality Room Sponsorship – SOLD
The Hospitality Room is a social space for networking with attendees and registered vendors after educational sessions. Hospitality Room Sponsor(s) will be considered a Premium Sponsor and receive the benefits listed above.
The Conference Name Badge Sponsor will have their company logo and/or contact information placed on the name badge given to every conference attendee. WS&DSA will provide the name badges. The Name Badge Sponsor will be considered a Premium Sponsor and receive the benefits listed above.
The Conference Bag sponsor will have their company logo and/or contact information placed on the bags given to every conference attendee. WS&DSA will provide the bags. The Conference Bags Sponsor will be considered a Premium Sponsor and receive the benefits listed above.
